WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Thank you for your interest in MWM.  MWM which stands for My Worth Movement is a collection of artisan bath and body products and candles that are housed in motivational packaging to inspire self-affirmation and the celebration of self-worth.  All products are paraben, paraffin, petrolatum and sulfate free and are 99% naturally derived.

Lead Times:  

Lead times will vary based on the size of your order, so please allow 2 – 3 weeks due to curing times for candles and 3-4 weeks for bath and body products.  This does not include the time it takes to arrive to you which will approximately add another week.

Ordering Requirements:  

All products are available for wholesale purchase in case packs.  Below outlines the case quantity by collection category.  

*Mixed scents (for candles only) are allowed but there is a minimum of 4 per scent in a case pack of 12.

Order Minimums for Candles:  First Time – $216; Re-order – $108

Order Minimums for Bath + Body:  First Time – $250; Re-order – $175

Payment Terms:  

A 50% deposit is due at the time your order is placed and the other half along with shipping costs is due before order is shipped.  

We accept all major credit cards and payment via PayPal. We do accept checks but the order will not ship until the check is cleared (estimated 3-5 business days).  Deposits are non-refundable. 

Submitting Your Order:

Orders can be placed via email to [email protected].  We will ask that you complete an order form and you can request one via email – [email protected].  

The order form can also be returned via email.

Checks can be made payable to MWM/MY WORTH MOVEMENT.  Credit card payments can be made one of the following ways:

Wholesale Account customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM PST.  Wholesale orders are not processed on weekends. 

Shipping:

All orders ship via FedEx (2 –6 business days delivery time) and shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please note that all orders require a signature upon receipt.   We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.  

Shipping charges will be added to order total. 

International Shipping:  

All policies for Domestic shipping apply to international shipping also.  Please note that delays can occur due to Customs and these delays are beyond our control.  We are not responsible for lost orders held by Customs.   Any charges by Customs, Import Duty Fees or any other charges associated with International Shipping are the full responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Custom polices vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local Customs office for future information. 

Returns & Exchanges:  

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Products are returnable if they arrive damaged.  We will require a photograph of the damaged item(s).  Any item returned that has been damaged by you, your staff or customers will not qualify for a refund.  Shipping costs cannot refunded.  All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

Testers:  

Testers for display purposes are available for a low cost.  Please refer to Wholesale Order Form for prices on each tester. Candle testers come with no wick. 

Product Care: 

MWM products should be kept at a cool room temperature.  They should not be exposed to heat or kept in a sunny window, next to a heater, furnace or kept in a warm or hot room. Keeping the products cool preserves the shelf-life and efficacy which ensures the best results for your clients.
