Since 2008 founder Liz Curry believed that creating fragrance blends and perfumes was something she was always meant to do.

-The effect on your mood when you enter a candle or incense lit room

-The overall versatility of fragrance fruity, woodsy, herbal, floral, citrus, and the magic that happens when they are blended

-And how it really is an extension of one’s personal taste and style

But it would take years of trial, error, sweat and tears in her apartment kitchen to experiment with and develop packaging and ingredients she would feel proud to display in her own home and safe to put on her body. The result would be a brand packaged with a touch of warm artisan luxe, thoughtfully, and daringly curated scents and environmentally safe ingredients. Based out of the Nashville, TN area, Burgundy barn perfumery makes a variety of perfumed goods. Exploring the limitless possibilities of fragrance, we experiment with where aromatic accords might best be expressed whether in a candle, a roll-on perfume, incense, or body butter.

Commitment to sustainability

We offer to customers what we use in our own homes and bodies which is why our candles are made from no paraffin, but 100% premium soy wax, and body care is made only from natural butters and plant/vegetable based oils, essential oils and high quality phtlatate free fragrance oils. Made in house and in small batches to ensure quality, we are also paraben free, nontoxic and cruelty free.

In addition, every container we use for our products is re-usable glass and recyclable plastic.
